Application ofPetro Sulfonate
The anionic surfactant can be prepared by specific crude oil fractions using sulfonation neutralization, concentration and other processes. Its lipophilic structure includes linear alkyl benzene, branched alkyl benzene, and alkyl cycloalkyl benzene. It can be used to reduce oil-water interfacial tensions up to ultra low and has high interfacial activities for naphthenic oil. The product is highly resistant to calcium and magnesium, so it can be used in oil production block with formation water salinity between 500 and 3000mg/L. It has excellent wetting ability, antisorption ability, moderate crude oil embrittlement, and good wetting reverse ability. You can increase your recovery rate by increasing the amount of water in the block. Additionally, the oil content can be reduced to around 85% from 98%. This allows for a high precipitation and oil enhancement effect.
